Summer Reading Challenge
Read, read, read this summer!
Set your own goals, logging minutes read per day or
maybe books read per week.
Keep track of your reading with a summer badge book.
Summer Crafts & Activities
Drop in each week for a new craft or activity
.
Crafts and activities will be available weekdays
Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
So choose a time that's convenient for you and your family.
Summer Book Raffle
For each day young readers visit the library
and check out materials, they will receive a raffle ticket.
The prizes? New children's books!
Prizes will be drawn weekly.
Monarch Butterfly Project
This is the 9th year of our Monarch butterfly project!
Kiel Library families will once again have the opportunity to adopt
a Monarch caterpillar, feed it, and watch the wonderful
metamorphosis to a butterfly. Register your family by phone
or in person and the library will contact you
when a caterpillar is available.
Summer Story Time on the Lawn
Join us on the north library lawn for outdoor
story sessions with Miss Sheila.
Please bring your own seating. A blanket or camp chair will do.
Wednesdays at 10 am.
June & July
(Because of bridge construction,
Story Time will take place on the community center lawn.)
SLP Family Fun Finale
Join us on Wednesday July 26 from 3-6 pm
on the community center lawn for our wrap-up event.
